The private statement records Zara Shepherd’s engagement with Play Fund Win from early 2024, an NDA dated 9 April 2024, David Shepherd’s later involvement, and a David Shepherd NDA dated 18 June 2024. This supports the contract/NDA context already used on the site.
The private statement records a Manchester United hospitality event in September 2024, reports of unprofessional conduct, alleged verbal aggression and possible racist conduct towards staff, and a formal complaint to venue hospitality management. The raw evidence remains private.
The private reports record a Pipedrive CRM login alert from Spain around 20 September 2024, Zara’s later acknowledgement that she logged in and out, and a Microsoft 365 / OneDrive review that identified a large file sync containing sensitive commercial material.
The private reports state that the OneDrive/file trail included investor documentation, commercial strategy decks, client lists, contracts, trade-secret material and folders labelled or connected to Euronet, Shepherd Solutions and Raise Your Game.
The private reports record concerns that Raise Your Game Ltd was incorporated shortly after the PFW engagement ended and that screenshots showed David Shepherd attempting to solicit a former PFW co-founder/shareholder for the new business.
