Public-safe evidence index
The uploaded private PDFs and reports contain useful source material for the public notice, but much of it should remain unpublished because it contains private correspondence, personal data, witness details, commercial documents, identity records, bank details and unredacted evidence.
This page records the evidence categories, dates, relationships and source lanes that can safely be referenced publicly. The underlying documents remain part of the private evidence bundle for legal, regulatory, investigative or journalistic review.
Important: this page is not a publication of the private PDFs. It is an index of issues recorded in those materials. Where the underlying evidence is private, the site uses wording such as “the private evidence bundle records”, “reported”, “alleged”, “understood to include” or “requires verification”.
